Can't Sign In or Create Account

If you're having trouble signing in or creating an account:

You can cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Go to 'My Lessons', select the lesson, and click 'Cancel Booking'. For rescheduling, contact your tutor through the chat feature.

What devices are supported?

Balegh works on most modern devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop with Chrome or Safari browser.

How do payments work?

Students pay securely through our platform using credit/debit cards. Payment is processed when you book a lesson. Tutors receive their earnings after completing lessons, minus platform fees.

What if I'm not satisfied with a lesson?

We want you to have a great experience. If you're not satisfied, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the lesson. We'll review your case and may offer a refund or credit.

How can I become a verified tutor?

To become a tutor, sign up with a tutor account, complete your profile, upload your credentials and teaching videos. Our team will review your application and verify your qualifications within 3-5 business days.
